Rabin Ajau – National Indigenous Folkloric Festival, Cobán
Late July. One of Guatemala’s most authentic cultural gatherings. Indigenous groups from every region perform ancestral dances and music. Watch the Queen pageant honoring Maya values and tradition. Our Cobán route combines dramatic cloud-forest roads with deep cultural immersion.
Fiesta de Santiago – Antigua
July 25th. Town fair energy with processions, live music, folk dancing, and carnival rides. Perfect mid-summer ride through coffee plantations and volcanoes, followed by evenings of celebration in the colonial heart of Antigua.
Fiesta de la Virgen de la Asunción
August 15th. Ride to Guatemala City, or the lakeside town of Sololá, for vibrant parades and the moving sight of the Virgin’s effigy carried through the streets. Spectacular highland riding options available.
